Wonderful stay, as always. Stylish hotel with very good facilities and pleasant staff. Great swimming pool and handy location just next door to the restaurant, a business park and the outskirts of Nottingham. A bathtub in the bathroom.

staff friendly and helpful, rooms clean and functional, good access to airport and town centre.
Room service - our order arrived without cuttlery and minus the suite we had ordered. food was stodgy and overcooked.

The staff at breakfast were very good and very helpful. Its nice to see that the uk can have excellent customer service. There are a lot of hotels in the uk that could take a lead from the staff at the Nottingham Belfry. I have recommended the hotel to friends, family and collegues.

We hired a car, so the free car park at the hotel was great. The hotel was quiet, great breakfasts, pleasant helpful staff, very attentive. Great spa and gym facilities.

I booked 2 rooms at this hotel due to is location near to the reception of my daughters wedding. The quality of the rooms and staff were excellent. Breakfast was very good. The honeymoon couple were upgraded to a suite, for which we were extremely grafeful. That was definitely "the icing on the cake" for them, following their wonderful wedding day.

The room was super clean and comfy with all the teas and coffees i needed. Breakfast was delicious, always fresh and tasty. The staff were friendly and cute. The pool and spa area was an amazing bonus! I can't wait to come back soon.
The bar service was kinda slow, and i thought the air conditioning in the room was a bit noisy at night. There was no choice for vegans at dinner, a bummer.

British staff - all very friendly, polite, and helpful. Food excellent. Spotlessly clean. Clearly a well-run hotel striving (and succeeding ! ) to be different from the usual mundane, very ordinary, and over-priced UK chain hotels, who these days seem to employ mainly overseas staff (cheap ?) who are often rude, surly, and have little command of the English language. Well done QHotels, keep it up.
Limited choice of over-priced insipid UK beer in the bar. Just Tetley bitter at £3.60 a pint, which was always served with a huge frothy head (always had to ask bar staff for a full pint!) . . . Yuk ! ! Why do most UK hotels always serve up this kind of rubbish, and continue to ignore the many excellent real British bitters now available ? Exclusivity deals with the big brewers is the answer to that question, I guess. Come on QHotels, you're refreshingly different in many ways, how about some proper beer in your bars !
